It's somewhat mystifying that you decided your possessions would be safer in the hands of an entity that's run around indiscriminately pirating most of 0.0 and lowsec. You need a little more diplomacy than just "no wait that's our stuff aaaaa" to get your blues on board with the idea, particularly when that excuse sounded (and still sounds) suspiciously like a last-ditch attempt to cover for EST under the circumstances.
EST's mothership was a pretty fearsome war machine, perhaps you should have put a bit more thought into unilaterally attempting to treat and use it like the cuddly carebear spacebus.

I'm not really sure why goons are trolling this thread so hard aside from the way EST/ED have been whining about the circumstances surrounding the loss. That mothership was pretty much an endless fountain of comedic overkill. In particular, it's responsible for the loss of Eldoreth's carrier (Goonfleet's timecarded carrier pilot newbie [he quit]) which led to one of the funniest threads on our forums in recent memory.

Even ED and INFOD is bitter enemys infod still holded their packt..not trying to kill the neutral freighters, since some days before EST was set to blue for a short periode, after the freighter inicodent , some days before.
RA even reaviled their Titan , inc type and titan pilot to kill a "nuetral" ms(which was helping blues) and blue freighters ues, while been in heavy war with Bob.
its says something about the trustworthy lv on those guys.
same as blues in RA space now and then get shoot by triggerhappy RAs
You can spin until you're dizzy but there's no reason for RED and XIX to not shoot the Establishment. They're not cuddly carebears and they're certainly not friendly to RED and OHGOD. If ED wants to pal around with them and loan them freighters, that's their risk, particularly since they didn't exactly advertise that to their blues until EST was under the gun, at which point it reeks of bull****.
